Currently, there is no option to change your login method directly from the hoichoi app or website. However, our Customer Happiness team can assist you with this request.
If you would like to switch your login method from social login to email ID, please send an email to support@hoichoi.tv with the following details:
- The email ID you wish to use for login
- The reason for changing the login method
- Proof of payment*
Once we receive your details, our team will verify them and assist you with updating your login method.
