Why Can't I Update My Password from the Settings?

Currently, the option to update your password from the account settings is not available. However, you can manage your login credentials based on your login method:


  • For Mobile Number Login:

A password is not required. Instead, you’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) each time you log in.


  • For Email Login:

If you need to reset your password, follow these steps:

  1. Log out of your hoichoi account if already logged in
  2. Click on Login and select Login with Email
  3. Click on Reset Password and enter your registered email
  4. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password
